There are at least four purposes of the Group:
  1. Career Transition Support — To enable Operators to land their ideal next role more efficiently and more effectively.
  2. First 100 Days Discussions for landing with impact.
  3. Value Creation Best Practices Content and Support.
  4. Exit Planning Thought Leadership for yourself and your company.

There are a number of events and meetings that occur each month.
