We created “The Operators” community to serve as a career resource for PE-Backed Executives – to aid in networking, problem-solving, collaborating, asking/answering and more.

  1. The Operating Partners Roundtable is a Sub-Group within The Operators. The original idea came from an Operating Partner who wanted to share best practices for portcos. The purpose of this sub-group is to serve as a discussion group on topics such as these:
    • The Operating Partners’ Amorphous Job Description
    • The O.P. Career Path
    • Reporting Structures for Operating Partners
    • Compensation
    • Board Roles for OPs
    • Value Creation Best Practices for Portcos
    • Resources for Portcos
    • Communications Between Management, the Board and O.P.s
    • Networking with PEGs

    2. Be sure to fill out your Profile Form when prompted to answer a number of questions about your background.
